Chorus is always on in the background when I get on my sales calls. It seamlessly fits into our existing sales tech stack with an automatic integration into Salesforce. I don't manually have to turn anything on to keep it running, which is super helpful. I haven't used a similar tool in the past, but I can tell you that there are a lot of tools out there that are stand-alone and siloed from the rest of the tech stack, which makes it hard to be as efficient.
The playlist functionality has been great for highlighting and pinpointing calls that the entire team can benefit from listening in on. Additionally, the snippet functionality makes it easy to highlight a really amazing comment from a prospect on a call that can be used in marketing collateral and/or to highlight key points and drive them home.
I haven't had a need to directly work with customer support, but their product team is ALWAYS turning to users to gather feedback on current and future product updates, which I absolutely love!
