- Transcription is very helpful.
- Like ability to fast forward to where a person is speaking.
- Like the ability to sort no show or short calls.
- Often forget to turn off for all calls and it takes a few steps to disable Chorus.ai and call recording.
- Would like to see a Zoom App panel to configure recordings.
- Would like to be able to select view for chorus recordings.
- This has helped me find my voice early on with similar scenarios.
- I was able to do a virtual "ride along" to meetings to learn the value props.
- Viewing recordings against competitors helped with confidence.
This is the first type of product fully featured that I used.
Chorus.ai is essential in training. It would be nice if it were more integrated.
We have shared a link with the team to review impactful meetings. Some have used it for coaching internally.
I haven't had a need to use the customer support team yet. It is very intuitive. I will review the training resources.
