I review my calls to continually improve myself and my profession. Sometimes, I need to go back to a call in order to review notes or prepare for a second call. Chorus.ai makes it easy for me to do this and it's very reliable. I also pull calls with my manager to show him what is working and what isn't. This is also where he will coach me to try new approaches.
- It uploads fast from Outreach which is reliable to quickly go back to a call.
- The integration with Outreach and Salesforce makes life easier.
- I can choose my coworkers calls in order to learn from them.
- Searching for the lead's name.
- Transcript editing/correcting.
- Favorite/Star a call for later.
- Reduced new hire training and ramping period for me personally.
- More professional by pulling info from previous calls.
- Pulling calls from the past from other coworkers to hear what was talked about before.
Overall, this is just the best and easiest. I'm sure that there are other companies like this out there but Chorus.ai has been nothing but a benefit to have.
I'm not sure honestly. I don't have any personal experiences like that.
I never have worked with them. Guess that means that their software really works.
