I think we utilize Chorus.ai the most to discuss balance in conversations with prospects to keep them engaged, in addition to bettering our skill set in the sales function. Those are the two primary ways I utilize Chorus.ai.
  • Gives objective data about the conversations...what percentage of the conversation was your prospect/customer engaged?
  • It has provided quantifiable results for better coaching and skill development.
Chorus.ai is one of many resources in our large tech stack at Podium. I think this is the only time I've used Chorus.ai in my career to be honest.
I don't find Chorus.ai to be a need, but more of a nice-to-have. The tool does its job, I personally feel like I may under-utilize it as of today, not knowing what all we have access to use it for. Besides for that, it helps keep a sales rep like myself in check when I am dominating conversations versus opening the floor to get the prospect/customer engaged.
