Review calls for better visibility to entire business. Use as a note taking tool as well.

- Poor ability to sync external numbers with names.
- Better note taking.
- Easy to track down reminders from previous conversations.
It's just another application, although it does seem to port well with SFDC so that we don't have to do any uploading ourselves.
Just for note taking and maybe explaining very high level sales nuances to young hires. The metrics are weak though.
We've only had 1 or so onboarding calls and that was it. Mostly just getting started, nothing expansive or useful over time.
