We use for call reviews, both for employees and for reviewing calls with customers. That is the biggest reason that we purchased and it has been really helpful for our sales reps to be able to review calls and pull out snippets to send to customers.

We have also used it for New Hire Onboarding and it has been amazing to have such a robust repository of calls for a new hire to review and to have those calls tagged for different stages in the sales cycle.
  • The user interface is super easy to understand and requires very little training to leverage.
  • Great call trackers to that conversations are automatically tagged with topics, competitors, products, etc.

Gong and were very similar. The only significant difference that we came across in our trials were that we felt better taken care of by the team than we did the Gong team. They were more willing to help us get up and running, find a price plan and payment terms that fit our needs, and make sure that we were taken care of. is a vital part of our tech stack and our sales reps refuse to let us consider switching.
One innovative way that we have used is to track the reception of a new pricing strategy. It has been great to receive alerts any time it's mentioned and to be able to compare the feedback from the customer's point of view rather than from the sales reps point of view.

Customer support was a large reason why we went with and it has not disappointed. They have been really responsive to our needs. They helped us get onboarded quickly and they have been willing to help and even offer suggestions to use throughout the year. is well suited for any business that is looking to get a better understanding of the way that their sales reps are selling to customers. They can hone in on selling tendencies and trends and become better sales coaches with this information. One sales manager can support more reps because he doesn't have to be on every live call in order to provide feedback and support.

As COVID restrictions lessen and we are in person more with our customers, will probably not be used as much during sales presentations because they will be live in person. That is the only type of sales environment that might not be well suited for
