Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

I used Chorus by ZoomInfo daily, on every sales call I take, so it takes notes for me and saves me time when I have to pass on the information collected during the call to the account executive I support.

Pros

  • Recaps calls
  • Gives summary and action items
  • Sends the information to Slack so that I can easily transfer info to my colleagues

Cons

  • Languages, as I usually take calls in Spanish and/or French and Chorus doesn't always gets the right language
  • The transcript isn't always optimal, but that's in rare cases
  • I speak with a French accent when I make calls in English, and the system might not like it
  • Improved ramp time for new joiners in my team so that they can easily watch their calls and get feedback

  • Sales training improvement so that we can focus on listening time
Chorus by ZoomInfo has helped improve our sales process, and the quality of the sales team so that we can anticipate buying signals and close deals easily. It is a time gain for follow ups and getting efficient next steps done. I haven't used the playlists and scorecards features yet because I wasn't aware of these.
Chorus by ZoomInfo was part of our Okta tools. We would use it daily, as part of the most important tools in our tech stack. It fits in perfectly because we also use ZoomInfo daily, Zoom, and Salesforce.
I am not exactly sure. I think it is pretty typical to use it in coordination with Zoom, with Slack and with Google Calendar. The Slack integration particularly makes sense as we would receive the recap of each call right after the call has been made.
Never had to work with them, so far so good.
Better in translating French to English, other than that, really similar tools.

When I do a discovery call with a customer and the customer is open to have the call recorded, it is very useful for me to get a transcript of the information shared and the action items right after the call has ended. I typically will share the link to the recording with my Account Executive, and also with the customer when they asked a demo of our product to be recorded.
