Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo
Our company primarily utilized Chorus by ZoomInfo as a tool during client meetings, prospective client meetings, and team meetings. This helped keep us on track, identify assigned deliverables expected from each party, and provide us with documentation necessary for review and reflection. The meetings addressed issues at both small team levels and company-wide.
Pros
- Clear recordings for sharing with absentee parties.
- Excellent job at summarizing and documenting outline of conversation.
- We are identifying deliverables discussed and assigned to individual members of the conversation.
Cons
- Sometimes there were issues with the 3-minute delay for Chorus joining a live meeting.
- Occasionally, deliverables were assigned to the wrong person in the summary if their voices were similar or if they were on the same audio.
- Occasionally, the Chorus had problems picking up on what someone was saying. This was likely due to user error but caused gaps in the conversation recording and transcript.
- Increased confidence in those who interact with clients 1:1.
- Improved turnaround time for deliverables thanks to clearly defined expectations pulled directly from the transcripts and summaries.
- Improved ability of the marketing team to review client calls and determine client needs to target in future marketing materials.
Our business operates differently from standard sales teams, so we didn't utilize as many sales-focused features in using Chorus by ZoomInfo. However, we did find that the ability to review and analyze customer calls was highly beneficial to improving the quality of our interactions between our team and our potential customers.
Chorus by ZoomInfo has been one of our most common go-to tools. As the business continues to operate remotely for our team and many of the clients we are working with, it is incredibly beneficial to have a tool that can be depended upon to document, transcribe, and record our conversations. These transcripts have become the basis for training manuals, employee reviews, and action lists for current employees, and it has been incredibly beneficial to have them at our fingertips.
I'm not sure how unexpected or innovative our use of Chorus by ZoomInfo was or has been, but I appreciate how we utilized it to make various roles easier. For instance, our organization has been growing steadily, and new positions are being created regularly, which often means we don't yet have training materials. Utilizing Chorus by ZoomInfo to track the conversations about the role and the calls made by the new employee, we have been able to pivot and use the transcripts as foundational tools for developing manuals and protocols for the new positions.
Initially, our team was a little apprehensive about utilizing Chorus by ZoomInfo regularly. However, thanks to the free training resources and online information, we quickly became comfortable using it regularly. We assigned our regular users to become Chorus certified in the ZoomInfo training. From then on, those people became our go-to guides for anyone having issues or new users and could direct them on where to find more information on their own.
