Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo
I think Chorus by ZoomInfo really does a good job of summarizing meetings and recording them, so if there are things that are said that you don't catch while taking notes, it's no worry. It's also good for training to show new hires good meetings and bad meetings.

- recording meetings with important timemarks
- shareability of recordings to teammates
Cons
- keyword tracker is a bit cluttered
- analytics look a bit boring/simple
- chorus mobile app is lacking
- reduced ramp time
- improved notes
- quantifiable coaching results
We use playlists, closed won, closed lost, good examples and bad examples of disco and demo meetings, sharing, and meeting summarizations
fits withing teams, outlook, and sharepoint. Chorus is great!
The AI summarization and next steps are huge for us!
