Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

Our agency uses Chorus by ZoomInfo for automated call recordings and transcripts. We are a content marketing agency, so we hold frequent client meetings, and we frequently need to interview our clients' subject matter experts when we produce content. We use Chorus for both of these situations.

Pros

  • Their automated transcripts are generally high quality.
  • The meeting summaries are excellent - IMHO far better than the summaries generated by other similar tools.
  • It's extremely easy to search a call recording to find a specific comment.
  • It's extremely easy to create playlists that we use for onboarding new team members.

Cons

  • It's expensive relative to the competition.
  • It's not easy to figure out how to download a recording.
  • It's highly geared to sales professionals, which is not our primary use case for Chorus.
  • Improved our ability to quickly send meeting recaps to clients, thereby helping deliver a better customer experience
  • Helped us make sure all action items are properly logged in our project management system, thereby helping us maintain smooth operations
  • Reduced ramp up time for new client account managers
We use playlists for training new account managers. But we don't use many of the other sales-related features, because that is not our primary use case.
Chorus by ZoomInfo integrates with Zoom very nicely. Prior to investing in Chorus, we manually downloaded Zoom recordings and had transcriptions manually created by a transcription service. Chorus makes all of this much easier.
The customer support team helped us set up our Chorus by ZoomInfo account and showed us how to properly integrate Chorus and Zoom. They also helped us understand how to create snippets and playlists, which was really helpful. We were very pleased with the onboarding experience.

Chorus by ZoomInfo is great for accurate meeting summaries, which make it much easier for us to make sure we've properly logged all action items discussed during a meeting. It's also great for accurate meeting transcripts and for searching meeting recordings to find a specific comment. We're also very happy with how easy it is to create playlists of meetings, which helps us train new employees.
