Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo
We use Chorus by ZoomInfo to record all of our sales calls and transcribe them to use for action items post-call.

- Search engine doesn't often find what I'm looking for
- Not integrated with ZoomInfo
- Reduced ramp time for sales reps
- Quicker access to training from other reps
I mainly use the call recordings to review internally for coaching and to share with customers if we were discussing something that they want to review on their own.
I haven't used too many in the past except Kaia and I do prefer Chorus by ZoomInfo over Kaia
I haven't had any technical issues that resulted in reaching out to the customer support team.
