Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

Our organization uses Chorus by ZoomInfo to capture, annotate, and review calls with external parties. Primarily, this serves purposes for both our sales functions and our internal product development.

Pros

  • Transcription
  • Associating parts of the call to individual speakers
  • Reviews

Cons

  • Increased sentiment analysis tooling
  • Better summarization would be a plus
  • Improved win rates
  • Improved information mining for product development
I believe we use playlists, but I am not intimately familiar with the details of this usage.
It integrates easily with Zoom (which we were already using). The ability to share links to recordings (or parts of recordings) is nice as well. I am unsure if we have it integrated with our CRM or not.
Maybe not innovative, but we have many non-sales staff review sales calls to learn more about our customer's needs and how they use our products.
The help docs are good for when you need to look something up. I have not personally interacted with the CS team though.

Yes

I've only ever used it to review calls, and the breakdown of speakers is very helpful. Being able to quickly find the parts of the call in which individuals are speaking (or where particular things were said) is very useful.
