Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
This product was chosen for its scalability and ease of use. When we were in the office, it worked seamlessly with our phone system and was convenient to see who was calling and be able to DM colleagues. Once the pandemic hit and everyone was working remotely, we didn’t miss a beat—our team was able to maintain contact throughout the day and work was able to continue.

- Sometimes calls continue to ring on the computer after phone has been picked up.

The main reason we chose Cisco Jabber over Teams was the integration with our phone system. Beyond that, the program has a very well-designed interface that is easy to use. Important features are easy to find, and the settings are fully customizable to each individual's tastes. I personally enjoy the ability to set custom statuses, something that is difficult to do in other programs.
