Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings to hold presentations with our clients and partners. We also use it for webinars, and we have never had a problem with it.
  • I can easily see the meeting information in my Outlook invitation.
  • Audio is very clear.
  • Intuitive software.
  • The app is reliable.
  • Nothing that needs to be improved.
  • The cost is very low and the meetings we hold with it are priceless.
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager)
Our vendor responds always in a timely manner, and all issues are solved fast.
The product is used company-wide in all departments for communication.

It was very easy to do, as Webex automatically integrates with our Outlook system.
With Cisco Webex Meetings, you can integrate with Outlook, and you can share selected applications and not only your screen. We had an improved audio experience as well with Cisco Webex.
Cisco Webex Meetings is great for getting reliable communication with anyone, anywhere. Even if you are not on your laptop, you can attend a meeting from anywhere. I even attended a meeting once while on vacation via my smartphone.

Using Webex Meetings

Because it's great when I want to set the meetings, and I had never had any problem with it.
Our clients are used to Cisco Webex, it´s natural for them to go in the meeting.

Yes - Join Me, we replace it because some of our clients did not considered secure to connect to it

Webex Meetings Implementation

I have no problems with the implementation, I really recomend Cisco Webex its secure, relliable, and our clients are really used to it.

Change management was minimal - We allways knew that Cisco Webex was a better tool than the one we had before,

Yes - Very usefull, I once was on a roadtrip and I attend to a meeting with no problem.
