Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

It's used by a particular department, for meeting with international users and partners. Cisco Webex Meetings allows to have meetings independently from PCs/devices used by the end user, with very small support needed from the IT department.

Cisco Webex Meetings has better quality and integration with our on-prem.
It's Ok for remote support, for users in branch offices with no videoconferencing devices and poor support from an IT department. It's not suitable for board or top management meetings, if only the PC/mobile/Web client is used.
