Webex is used by whole organization. It solves business problems of team communication, time and expense of travel, conference calling, collaboration between team members, and now aids with physical distancing.

- Not clearly presenting audio options at meeting startup.
- Has improved ROI by not requiring expensive hardware for video conference.

Vendor does respond in a timely manner. Sometimes support can have difficulty understanding the issues we are experiencing and do not provide proper guidance.
Webex is widely adopted throughout our organization. All departments and user types - staff to executive. Some departments more than others. IT is probably heaviest user.

Cisco Webex Experience
Recent feature additions to Cisco Webex Meetings has greatly increased user satisfaction and has helped facilitate more productive meetings. These additions include breakout rooms, co-host role, virtual background, and noise suppression.
Our organization has used Webex Events extensively since the pandemic curtailed face-to-face meetings. To a lesser extent, but at an increased rate compared to pre-pandemic, is usage of Webex Training.
Cisco Webex Meetings does an excellent job of providing secure and collaborative meeting space for our organization. Security is of foremost importance and mandatory passwords have helped us to create a more secure meeting environment. Participant management with recent feature additions - particularly the co-host role - has been made easier.
