Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use it mainly for our meetings with our remote team members. Currently, it is being used in few departments. During global meets/calls we often go with WebEx Meetings though we have other similar alternatives.

It's easy to use and connectivity makes us choose it as a go-to option for any meetings.
  • Connectivity is the key, it works really well with any internet speed
  • Audio is quite clear
  • collaboration with other softwares (e.g. Outlook)
  • Whenever an organizer has not yet started the meeting, and another individual dials in, they should receive a message about the organizer not starting the call.
  • Delays in long distance calls
  • screen widths are an issue at times
  • Positive Impact: Webex Have taken care of our Remote meetings for long time and it worked really well for us.
  • Negative Impact: As the pricing is bit costly, slowly the company is looking for other similar tools ( Skype for Business )
Though Microsoft Teams or Hangouts are a good option, I prefer Webex for its consistent connectivity even during unstable internet connections.
Well most of the times .ie 97 out of 100 times, it worked really well. So I can confidently go with webex meetings even at last minute meetings.
Very rarely I have experienced unplanned outages, but during those situations, we either go with alternate options or postpone the meetings.
Its Roboust functationalities are the reason for the above rating. It works seamlessly even with 100 participants without a glitch.
When it comes to performance, there is no doubt why most of the organizations choose Webex than others, its seamless, its amazing.
Well Suited:
Long distance calls: When ever you want to connect/Share to your peers from different country WebEx Meetings could be well Suited. Even on mobile platform this feature works great.
Less Appropriate: When ever the battery is low in your mobile, don't use it, as this app drains the battery bit quickly.

Cisco Webex Experience

Out of all the features, real time transcription was a real life saver. We often collaborate with our colleagues from different part of the world, and during the meetings, at times we do forget note certain points, but this feature have helped us during those situations.
As of now, we use this as a sole meeting tool. We are thinking to collaborate in near future, this will allow us to make the most of the tool capabilities.
Well, security is one of the key aspects we focus on. That was also one of the reasons we opted for Webex. Given the fact that there are lot of hacks that happen, I believe webex have one the strongest security capability compared to its competitor products.
