Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Webex is utilized across the entire organization for meetings as many of our teams are located across the country. With the COVID pandemic, we are using this exclusively to hold meetings with internal teams and external customers. Since we cannot physically meet, we utilize the features on Webex to hold meetings, enable video to view the other participants, and go over presentation material.

Cisco Webex is our corporate standard, utilized Webex for many years and most of our employees are used to the interface. Comparing to the competition, Webex is not as intuitive, the menu system is text based and not as easy to use for non-Webex users. The learning curve is quite steep for those not familiar with Webex.

Webex meetings has been available whenever we have needed it. We've utilized Webex for hundreds of participants and have had decent results, sometimes the audio will cut out with high numbers of participants. We've not faced any outages with the product.

With non Webex users, the initial login has been cumbersome, some users need a longer amount of time to navigate the login process.
We've utilized Webex for both internal and external meetings, works fine in both scenarios. We do find that in larger 100+ audiences that there are bandwidth and capacity issues that may cause audio quality problems. Overall very please with the Webex solution to integrate to most users and the vast majority of use cases.
Performance is quite good on Webex for the majority of tasks such as video calls, audio, and screen sharing. Typically we have utilized Webex for slideshows and the performance is very smooth. More demanding applications such as video and CAD drawings may cause performance delays and some lag. Anything from a video file, YouTube, or CAD may slow down the session.
Very good for internal meetings for users who are familiar with the Webex interface. Some more consumer features were not available and only just coming into Webex with recent upgrades. Does not seem to function well when 100+ users log into the meeting. Menus are not intuitive, will be quite complicated for users that are using competitive solutions.

Cisco Webex Experience

With the pandemic, we have utilized Webex as our prime video conference and meeting tool. Really useful innovations such as automatic noice suppression helps to keep focus on the meeting and speaker. The transcription service is quite good as well, especially can utilize it to review past recorded sessions.
Webex is our prime meeting platform, we do integrate Cisco voice calling and Teams to create a complete remote worker platform. Having a consistent common platform has been key to keep employees and customers connected to our business. Webex integrates will with our Microsoft Outlook platform to schedule meetings.
Webex is a secure solution that is essential for the remote work environment. All of our internal and external meetings are conducted over Webex. This allows both our internal resources and external partners collaborate in a common feature rich platform while we are working remotely. Webex is easy to schedule a meeting or use as a tool to quickly setup a pop-up meeting for collaboration purposes.

Webex Meetings Support

Cisco supports their products well and this is no different with Webex. The Webex product is well supported by Cisco experts and the response time is prompt and they help resolve any issues quickly. Cisco will certainly provide support with their technical experts and every time we've contact, we found they did provide timely assistance.

Using Webex Meetings

The Webex system does work but the interface is quite dated. Everything is text and menu driven, sometime it is difficult to find a particular feature that may be hidden within the menus. We've utilized Webex for some time and we are familiar with the interface, we've found that new users to Webex have a hard time navigating the menus and their comments are that Webex is quite complex to navigate.
