Cisco Webex meeting is a great tool to be used by small to large organizations. With this, you can have an audio call with 1,000 participants at one point, which makes the communication quite easy among different offices located worldwide. It is used by the whole organization, and the best thing about this is you can also connect to the audio through your phones by dialing a number or you can also get a call back depending on the request. These features have made work so simple and easy, which has indeed increased efficiency of the employees. Cisco Webex Meetings is also suitable for educational institutions for town halls, webinars, or training.

Pros and Cons

Connecting 1,000 participants over one call is the best feature of this; literally no other service provider provides that.
Ease of use; it is so easy to use and can be accessed through a smartphone, too.
Cisco Webex Meetings comes at a very cheap cost, and per-license cost is also cheap.

The video display is for 24 people, which should be increased.
One meeting is possible with one license, and there are some problems with screen sharing.
Difficult to use on Frefox.

There are different options I have explored, like Polycom Group 500, Logitech MeetUp, Avaya Equinox, and some other. I chose Cisco Webex Meetings because of its ease of use, low cost, and ability to connect 1,000 people in one call. There is a very easy to create whiteboard on Cisco Webex Meetings. There are some cons, too, but it's better than others.
