Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

Our organization uses ClearSlide in sales and account management roles. The inside sales team are the primary users. While our outside sales team also use it when managing larger territories outside of major metro areas. I've personally used it in the Greater Boston region for 2+ years to reduce the amount of time spent driving to visit clients.

  • Email tracking
  • Mass-emails
  • Audio and conference calling
  • Content management
  • Could improve mobile UX for the viewer
  • Include SSL on the branded domains so that viewers don't get the secure site prompt
  • Create scheduling tools that allow for mass emails to schedule webinar sessions
  • Our team is able to hold more meetings in less time
  • Less windshield time for outside sales team
  • By using the viewer engagement score we were able to predict our pipeline better
ClearSlide is much more robust. While webex and Skype for biz are both great for giving presentations, neither provide the email or reporting tools, nor the content management system that is present with ClearSlide.
ClearSlide is the standard for web-based demos and slide presentations. At our organization, we use ClearSlide to email content during the prospecting phase and to present live content and screen shares. We love the viewer engagement ratings for this purpose. It's not as useful for the account management team because their needs are not as robust.
