Overall Satisfaction with CleverTap
To mostly send PNs, IGPs, and engagement campaigns, the only problem I personally feel is that the ability to upload and download the data it takes too much time, it should have a shortcut or quick upload feature to the data and a status bar which shows the percentage of the data being uploaded.

Mo Engage is cost-effective, charges less price and delivery is awesome, also that is quite [a] user friendly compared to the current clever tap UI and UX.
