Overall Satisfaction with CleverTap
I use it to launch Whatsapp, Push notifications and SMS to our existing base of customers, in order to enhance the commercial results of our company. It allowed us to easily create segments within our database, and to schedule campaigns on a daily basis for different areas of the company. It really allowed us to ramp up our communication with our customers.

Using CleverTap
10 - Marketing, sales and communications. All our digital campaigns at some point go through CleverTap because we are always trying to bring customers back for new purchases. There are also some members of the growth team that use the tool to schedule campaigns on a daily basis, but we all work independently.
