Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use it to keep track of all ongoing purchases and requests in the company. If there is a problem with invoicing, we log it as a case on ClickUp, if someone needs us to purchase something, we log it as a task and if we need to look for a new long-term partner, we log a case on ClickUp. These are a few reasons we use it, but it is used for everything we do.
Pros
- Schedule tasks
- Create subtasks so we know what is next
- Keep high priority and tasks coming to a close highlighted
- Anyone can see where I am on a task
Cons
- Improved spell checker, use UK English instead of just American English.
- Capitalise letters at the start of sentences and I when used on its own.
- Improve email functionality.
- Know where all the tasks are so easy to find quickly.
- Easily keep up to date with influenced spend.
I have only worked with the purchasing team on this, but we know where a certain task is based on the ClickUp notes.
I have only been working with the company since ClickUp has been used so I can't offer a good insight into before and after use.
