Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

ClickUp allows for better management of day-to-day tasks in general. Additionally, it gives a simplified version of a CRM possibility, idea brainstorming via the Whiteboard, and a greatly optimized doc section. We have been using it for quite a while now and love the app.

Following through on all tasks between several teams was definitely a lot easier. Upper management is way more informed without the need for daily or weekly meetings. This in terms reduced the stress on the teams by a lot and made the workflow more pleasant.
The app simplified task management for team members. They excel at doing their tasks and they don't have to write reports as all tasks can be reviewed by management by having all the available info/notes inside each task.
ClickUp is definitely better at keeping day-to-day tasks at hand. Better at displaying and managing data turning it into a semi-CRM and the email integration even helps keep conversation notes to a greater extent.
