Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We have our SOPs defined as templates, once needed they
will be imported assigned, and distributed between teams. We use ClickUp to:
Manage projects; as a project-oriented
company we use ClickUp to distribute and follow up
on project tasks and to follow up on submittals. Procurement: issuing POs
following up on shipments and clearance), HR-related tasks (on-boarding,
off-boarding ...etc.)

Pros
- Different Views for the tasks, and adding same tasks to different lists
- Continuously adding new features
- It is customizable
- Following up with clients to get feedback and improve
Cons
- It is slow again, should be solved quickly
- Users can easily create a miss accidentally, undo will appear for a few seconds only, if you miss it you will was an hour to bring that back, and the whole team will get distracted by the notifications
- There should be an embedded backup, this is a simple feature that should not need 3rd party
- One bug: if you create a template and restrict access to it, once new users are created, they will automatically have full access to it!
- The template center should be viewable and the template should be editable in real time
- Submittals & shipments now are under control
Using ClickUp, employees are now forced to provide clear inputs for colleagues in other departments/teams.
