Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Our organization uses ClickUp to manage our tasks, update tasks that we are busy with and ensure that we fulfill our project management as best we can. It is user-friendly which makes it easier to use and allows us to constantly see what our co-workers are busy with and how far they are with their tasks. We use ClickUp daily because as a media house, we constantly need to work on publishing a story and monitoring at what stage of the production our story is on.

- As much as it is user-friendly, some people have struggled to navigate it and a video tutorial might be the best solution for this navigation issue

It has improved our collaboration as ClickUp has become a shared space for contribution, collaboration, and unpacking story ideas. It has allowed us to see what tasks each employee is completing and when they are planning to complete them. It also allows us to track the communication between employees and maintain transparency.
Yes, it has. The main use for ClickUp for our team has been to manage products and to increase our time management and project management. It is a great tool to manage the productivity and outputs of everyone in the team and to ensure that people are sticking to the due dates that have been set for the tasks.
ClickUp was more user-friendly and allowed our team to navigate our work boards collectively as well as to give more insights into when tasks have been completed and who has completed them. It is about managing a variety of boards and team members at once and seeing their outcomes respectively.
