Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp helps us manage projects between staff members (notes, deadlines, attachments, etc.) and understand our team's capacity. It helped us minimize the number of meetings we need to have and rely on the tool to advance projects forward. We're still learning the tool and hope to use more of its features moving forward.

It's helped us move projects forward without meeting and allowed us to understand how projects are advancing.
We have not used the automation feature yet, but hope to do so in the near future.
ClickUp has more features that allows us to track progress for the whole team.
