Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ClickUp as a project management tool and as a CRM. It is our one source of truth for knowing where projects are at in terms of task duration, task allocation, and client deadlines. As an author, speaker and consultant, I have a myriad of clients and projects on the go, so ClickUp makes it easy to stay on top of where projects and tasks are at. As a business owner, it gives me peace of mind.

We use ClickUp as the repository for all standard operating procedures. We've simplified and streamlined all processes that once lived in disparate Google docs and sheets. Trello and monday.com

I compared ClickUp to Trello and Monday. I picked ClickUp because several other speakers and consultants recommended it. My business strategist at the time also helped me to set it up, which was appealing. I'm very glad I picked ClickUp as it's been intuitive to use by myself and my team. We've created a library of resources that I couldn't imagine not having access to.
