We operate in 11 service areas and need consistency across our team. ClickUp made it easy to set expectations with our staff and ensure that all steps in a project are completed timely. Overall, ClickUp has improved our team's efficiency and allowed management to reward well-performing employees.

Pros

Helps prioritize tasks to make sure time is used efficiently and deadlines are met.
It is easy to add things to your "to-do" list in real time while tasks are assigned to you.
It is easy for managers to determine progress on a task and if there are any roadblocks.

Cons

Document storage that is not linked to a list.

Return on Investment

Reduced need for interdepartmental meetings.

Collaboration

Collaboration has increased while the number of emails and meetings required has decreased.

All-in-One Productivity Platform

We did not have productivity apps previously; we relied on self-reporting in meetings and emails.

Alternatives Considered

We did not review other options; ClickUp was recommended by a friend of our CEO. Since it solved all of the problems we were experiencing, we did no further research.
