Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use clickup to organise documents related to projects I work on. Create tasks for my schedule and also for client as a correspondence medium. It is very useful to keep track of information as you can create tags and status for each list item or document. Commenting and sharing resources across a team is also easy. I find it really useful for project management and design tasks.
Pros
- Docs with styling features
- Copy and pasting content, draft system across the whole platform
- User interface is awesome
- Notifications styling and checklist feature
Cons
- Adjusting sprint settings. At the moment this is quite limited, its needs some features for more flexibility
- Sharing public links. A feature allowing you to share only with a few people instead of cresting a public links
- Quick and easy access to project documentation
- More productive when it comes to check-listing notifications
Overall ClickUp was the best tool in our company for project managers and designers to collaborate together and communicate with clients. It has been quite challenging to collaborate with developers as when it came to stories and bug fixes the process was too complicated and required additional features
It has been an easy to use app as all information for projects is saved directly into docs and task. This saves space on gooogle drive and is more efficient when it comes to hierarchy and structure of assets
User Interface and User Experience of Clickup is the best of most management tools i ve used so far
