Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We have been using ClickUp for all of our internal communications. Task management and project communication within ClickUp have made everyone's life easier. I think the platform is terrific! ClickUp has helped us to organize our daily task management and overall workflow.

Pros

  • Time Tracking Capabilities and Time Management.

Cons

  • The tasks list sometimes takes time to refresh page needs to be reloaded to get the list updated.
  • The learning curve is quite steep for a first time user.
  • Increased collaboration and productivity.
  • Keeping track of workloads.
  • Faster project completion.
ClickUp avoids a lot of back-and-forth happening between different teams through emails. In our company, we always create tasks and lists from the beginning of a project and track everyone's responsibility to make sure everyone is on the same page, and all required documents can be found in the right folder/lists.
Our team became more productive once we started using ClickUp.
I found ClickUp more user-friendly and more useful to our business.

We do a lot of reporting for our clients, so it is very important that all team members work together to get the report done on time. Creating tasks, assigning tasks to the right assignees, and setting up the due dates in ClickUp have been very helpful for us in making sure that everyone is on the right track to get the project done on time.
