Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We start to use for have a internal summary in our AfterSales Office.
Here we put all the history of the rig (we design, build and work with piling and crawler rigs) and with the ClickUp Workspace is really easy to divide in different Spaces all the person involved.
For the Training part (who I manage completely) I really loved the Board vision and I was searching for something like that from years.
We manage every information, request from Outlook directly to ClickUp by adding the task directly with the App.
We're trying to involved all our agents from all over the world because the word has been spread and they all found that this a new and easy way to work together!

Pros
- Organizing different information
- Easy way to interact with different people all around the world
- Real time updates of information
- Board vision easy to use and perfect for planning
Cons
- Without the Business version there are a lot of limitation
- Guest with same mail of the users are counting so they ask to buy more license even if they don't need to be users (only watchers)
- In timeline vision there is no way to order the names in alphabetical order
- When you have more people with the same final mail (ex. @same.com) you have to but a licence for all
- Previously we use Asana and with ClickUp we're saving money ($ 200 per year)
- There is no software like ClickUp that have all this features at this price
All our Office is writing and connected by ClickUp. The main thing is that we can attached mails, photos and WhatsApp messages directly from our PC. We are trying to expand to all our agents all over the world so we can have just ONE WAY communication. I personally use a lot for manage all the training we will have and to organize all the thing to do
Before ClickUp we have a lot of misunderstanding while if one person of our office was absent all the work was in his hand so the other people have no idea what he was organizing (technical inspection, troubleshooting etc.) After ClickUp we never have this problem again while all the information can be seen from anyone in the office.
