Finally we decided on ClickUp Business plan last year - what a game changer that was! Now transparency is guaranteed as everyone knows exactly where their tasks are at any given moment. It's been one of best decisions for 2022 so far: reliable automation & estimates plus multiple views of same boards...it really has everything you need!
- Transparent, readable and easy to use management tool for our clients to understand what is going on on their project.
- Fast performance, what is important in daily routine.
- High flexibility in settings. Seems like multi-tool thankfull for different modules including Docs and Time Tracking, Whiteboard, Mindmaps, Workload and Roadmap.
- The Mindmap feature could be improved.
- Mobile app not so good as web version. Using web version instead, even on mobile devices.
- Saving time, so, in fact saving a lot of money.
- Reach functionality could cover most of the needs on any project.
First of all, we improved our workload and resource management. Planning and road mapping for all projects become more clear.
We using most of available features in ClickUp to speed up our work.
