We are a very busy company, and haivng a tool like ClickUp helps address our needs. We are lucky to have a tool that keeps us organized, boosts our productivity, and helps us organize on the fly gantt charts to help plan out our future milestones. If you use scrum, you NEED this product.

Tickets are able to be sent to specific people, or to entire departments. IF there is a bug or issue that comes up, we are able to share that with the entire team that needs to work on it. If there's an issue that needs direct attention from someone, we can send them the issue directly. It's a very efficient process.
The amount of programs we've been able to cut down on using thanks to ClickUp's hyperintegration is insane. All the various features we need, from documentation to schedules to tickets to custom values and more are all right here. If that wasn't enough, automating processes happening has saved us countless hours of time.
