Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp has been great for us. We use it for project management and it has allowed us to be more efficient and effective. Every team member uses it and it's something that we are continuing to roll out for various other uses. Goals is the next big thing we are looking at ClickUp for.

Having ClickUp has really allowed us to have one source of truth for product management. This has allowed all of our teams to use Clickup to collaborate on all projects. If there are multiple teams on one project, ClickUp is where they all come together. Everything goes through ClickUp and we see that improving collaboration because everyone knows where to go to get all the necessary information about the project.
Having one source of truth is the biggest improvement for us. We have seen it be very fruitful to have one main source of truth. Everyone in our company knows that ClickUp is the main hub and all information can be found there for the various tasks and projects they have.
It's give and take. ClickUp has some features that the others don't but it is also something that requires more education to use to it's fullest. Other products are more simplistic and we have had to really emphasis training on ClickUp so everyone feels like they are on the same page.
