ClickUp is a No Brainer
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
It has helped our diverse team across a series of companies, departments, and personal preferences organize our thoughts and processes in one place. It is our core platform and all employees are required to use it starting day 1.
The tool is enabling us to reduce the need for a volume of employees as we scale several areas of our team.

Pros
- Project Management
- Collaboration & Sharing
- Constantly Improving
- Listens to customer
Cons
- Speed (they are working on it)
- CRM
- Messaging - basic tool is there but integrated chat is stopping them from pulling people from teams & other competitors
- Content scheduling
- HR - Integrated and Rolls up
- Automations enable quick notifications in every instance to save the team time following up on simple items
- Templates - Rinse and Repeat
Although change is hard, and there was resistance, our team is adapting. As the team has become more comfortable with the conversations and tracking we've ultimately been able to have the team find value in the systems and time savings. It was painful and that has nothing to do with ClickUp but because the tool is so big and powerful is overwhelming for many who are slow to adopt the technology.
We've removed all of our apps except for Hubspot. It's saved us time and money and its enabled our marketing and development team especially to maximize their output and success.
