Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use it for assessment booking which involved allocation of manpower and room resources. The view form of calendar allowed us to easily manage the booking time and human resources. Although we are just using the free version, the flexibilty and function are good enough for us to fasten our operation.

Improve in terms of ovrall resources allocation and room allocation. My team could easily gain an overview of what are the timeslot remained, what are the tasks on their hand. It is also a great tool to provide an overview of the workload from each individual for a management perspective.
It helps streamlined our operation process since it is a collboration tool that provide great layout for an overview. The easy to use layout allowed us to transform our usual excel work with great visualization. With that, our productivity enhance since less effort was used to understand all the entries in an excel sheet.
ClickUp is great for customization, especially with the use of tag, we can easily reconize tasks that require special care. In addition, the wide range of function available in free version of ClickUp is what made us stand with ClickUp. With limited research budget, it is a great tool for us to be more efficient.
