Great Product

We use ClickUp as a work management platform. Out team tracks all of our tasks on the platform and are able to prioritize and visualize what needs to get done within the next day, week, 2 weeks, or month. As consultants, it's really helpful to be able to sort our tasks by client project and easily filter views for either people or project. We also use a wide range of automations such as slack.

We are able to collaborate on tasks by tagging each other on the platform to ask for reviews. We also use our clickup as the main focus of our weekly team meetings. Discussions are focused around work in progress, support needed, and accomplishments - all based on tasks in ClickUp!

We've simplified out ability to track our own and team members workloads with ClickUp. We have also integrated it with slack - where reviews can be requested with the click of a button in ClickUp. We are still experimenting with how to automate additional manual work. However, it is excellent for our use case.
