Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp for project management through 40+ different client spaces! It allows our team to streamline wor, keep track of all tasks & deadlines, track time and much more.

Pros

  • Lists, spaces & tasks
  • Automations
  • Different types of views

Cons

  • Chat
  • Automations (they're great, but always need improving)
  • Super Agents (they're great, but hard to configurate)
  • Ressource management increased significantly
  • Team collaboration increased significantly
  • Project manager configuration time spent is increased, but is essential for two above points
We have channels for every client instead of having one conversation for each ressources. This way we have improved comprehension and collaboration on all different projets because ClickUp allows to keep every subject in the right place, so no information goes unseen or gets forgotten.
We have connected Hubspot and Gmail to allow a streamlined experience, whichs allows us to stay in ClickUp much more.
It has many great features, but still a lot of improving to do!
ClickUp is Asana on steroids! It's so much more powerful.
