Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ClickUp to keep track of all projects we're working on, including controlling due dates and all the updates on project statuses. We can see which person is assigned to that task and how much time they have to complete that task, as well as in which phase they are working on at the moment.

Collaboration

We separate tasks between departments, so I can only speak for my own department. We can see the progress of everyone, which creates a sense of collaboration in some sort.

All-in-One Productivity Platform

Not exactly, we still use Google Spreadsheets, Calendar and Gmail. We occasionally use the Docs function on ClickUp, but that's all. The integration with ChatGPT is very poor and doesn't do anything really helpful at all.

Usability

It's simple enough and have a lot of customization to the tasks. Great to have every work documented and saved somewhere.

Well suited for when you want to keep track of everything going on at once, but it lacks on multi platform integration and on search engine function, which usually takes a little too long to process and sometimes it doesn't even show what task you're searching for even if all the words are correct.
