ClickUp is An Excellent Tool for Project Management
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp to manage client and internal processes and projects for a creative marketing agency serving clients across web dev, ppc, seo, podcast production, etc. It's an integral part of my day-to-day workflow and keeps myself, my team, and leadership aligned on what's happening within our work space.
Pros
- Keeps tasks organized
- lets me see the status of a project at any given time
- allows me to communicate easily with my team
Cons
- Threaded chats can be bothersome - prefer not to have them split
- would like some additional reporting options
- would like ways to show appreciation for my team built in
- We are running 98 percent on time across projects
- Client Deliverables are structured and branded
- Client retention is up
Collaboration happens natively and intuitively in the ClickUp workspace. Comments with video and voice notes work extremely well in this environment. We utilize the standup feature daily. Also really appreciate the use of inline links to keep links labeled and organized making it easier for the team to follow directions. This tool keeps our team and our projects organized in an amazing way.
We literally don't need any other tool because ClickUp has what we need to communicate and stay organized with our team. We don't need to utilize google chat or slack - everything stays right within the interface.
- monday CRM
- Asana
- Slack
ClickUp offers more ways to set up a project. It's not just one or two ways - which makes it a bit more stealthy in its way to fit a variety of team sizes and project types. For us, having so many features within one tool makes it a no-brainer for our team.
