Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare
I am a partner manager for Cloudflare and I work at an IT consultancy and Systems Integration company group that takes care of working on our customer's systems.
We have been using and reccomending Cloudflare to our customers and have made proposals in the past for names such as [...], [...] Italy and others and we have also guided our customers to use the Cloudflare solutions managed by the vendors directly (shopify, salesforce commerce cloud).
The use case is mainly e-commerce solutions but we also have had security and DNS focused use cases

Cloudflare is definitely a leader in the CDN space and is fending off well in the security area for web applications even when faced against vendors like Akamai which are more widespread and better known
If Cloudflare keeps competitive prices and updated technology stack i don't have any doubt that its going to retain its success in the industry
The free services you provide to home users are also an excellent tool to market your solutions and platform

Cloudflare implementation is straitforward, we were able to sign up safely but we've had some trouble with the payment system not accepting the payments from our italian bank
Unfortunately the partner experience was not so easy
We've had trouble accessing the partner portal (no account created)
We've also not had any proper introduction on which is the partner route for strenghtening the partnership
