Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

Since being bought by a new company, we've had to implement a corporate-approved signature template to all our users. CodeTwo made my job easier by allowing me to push out the signature with minimal effort. It has enough tools and options available to make any signature possible, and whenever I got stuck, CodeTwo support was there to help every step of the way. The product comes highly recommended from me.

Pros

  • Allows you to create multiple signatures to different groups of people.
  • Gives you flexibility and plenty of options in creating your signature.
  • Instantaneous implementation once pushed out.

Cons

  • It was sometimes difficult to get the formatting just right.
  • CodeTwo has made our business look much more professional with the consistency of our signatures.

CodeTwo is a must for organizations that require its users to have a certain type of signature. Allowing users to create it on their own is a recipe for disaster. However, for companies in which signatures are optional or totally up to the user, CodeTwo would not be as valuable.
