Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

CodeTwo is in use by whole organization. It helped us to standartize email signatures and use signatures to notify client about upcomming events. Signatures are managed centralized, so it helps to reduce the time for update signatures for all users.

  • Amazing support
  • some limitations that need to be improved in the future as Microsoft API will be evolving

  • ease of implementations
Functionality is very close. Code two appealed more modern and future features were more promising

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
It is good when you use o365. Can be applied organization wide very quick. Especially if you need signatures on all your emails - doesn't matter where from you are sending them - signature will be consist accross all the devices. I think it would be hard to apply with Exchange on premise.
