Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

At the moment it's being used by all the departments of the organization. We use it as the tool to create the claims to later ask for the reimbursement of money advanced on your own during a business trip. It's quick and efficient.

  • Quite user friendly.
  • Exchange rates. It can happen that you're charged at one rate that is then different from the one suggested by the tool.
  • Control.
  • Fast.
  • Efficient.
Unfortunately I haven't used any other tool. Concur Expense was the one given to me in this company and in my previous company, and I had good experiences both times.
Concur Expense is good when you have some business invoices to claim and later be paid by the company. Can be any type of expense (dinner, lunch, internal things, or the expenses you may have when you are on a business trip). It's super fast and efficient to use when you have all of the receipts, but if you don't it takes a little longer.

Product Benefits

It's a very good tool to manage the expenses. It's easy to use, efficient thanks to the detailed expense categories allow you to easily classify them before submiting. The app that is linked with it is awsome as it allows you to easily take picture of the receipt and upload it in your expense reports.

We don't have any other SAP Product integrated
Concur Travel and Expense makes for sure our lifes easier. It's efficient, quick and really well organized allowing us to manage all the invoices and expenses in a better way. Just open a report, take pictures of the receipts from your phone and sumbit, you will also be able to see the approval's process.
I never worked with any other tool made for this purpose.In the first company I worked for, we were doing all the process by hand. Taking the invoices, doing photocopies, puting them in an envelo... This was not efficient at all and on top you never knew where did you stand in terms of approvals to finally get paid.
the more you travel, and the more you use it, the better the knowledge you develop on the usage of the tool. Once you have in your mind the categories, where to put every thing, it's just super quick to do. The most important thing that i learned from it is how easy it is to be organized when managing such things that without using this tool could be just a chaos.

Concur Travel and Expense Support

I never had any issue that required support while using Concur, so I don't really have a clear opinion regarding this topic. What I can say is that when using it I never had a bad experience, or issue which is already a great thing to be valued or considered as proactive support.
