Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur across the whole company, but the majority of travel is used in the Sales department. Everyone in the company uses Concur for their expenses and it is incredibly easy to use. The travel aspect of Concur has made it incredibly easy to book travel, get the lowest prices, and easily expense that travel.
- Booking travel: The whole interface is so user friendly.
- Expenses: It's very easy to take pictures of receipts and upload them right to Concur.
- Love the ability to search and book flights directly from Concur.
- The amount of time saved is incredible, as it is a one stop shop to book and expense.
- Amazingly fast in logging and reporting everything.
The last tool I used several years ago is something I don't remember the name of, which is obviously not a good sign. I don't think there is any tool, at least none that I know of, that stack up to what Concur can offer in this space. A truly incredible tool
I am not sure as I don't deal with integrations.
For me personally, it has made it much easier to book travel, account for expenses, and keep everything in one place. The tool allowing us to book travel within the actual app is incredible and makes it such a streamlined process. Having everything within the app makes it a truly efficient process that allows me to focus on my job.
I can only speak to the employee experience, and as I have said throughout this review, it is something that makes my day to day job so much easier as it doesn't take much time away from my revenue-generating activities. I can use the app without a second thought, book my travel, and submit my expenses in an incredibly efficient way.
