Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise Control is being used by our support staff to quickly and efficiently provide technical support to our customers.

Pros

  • Desktop Collaboration
  • File sharing
  • Unattended desktop support

Cons

  • I don't have any ideas for improvement.
  • Positive impact is technicians and help desk are able to more quickly and efficiently assist customers.
I have used TurboMeeting, TeamViewer. ConnectWise Control leaves those other products in the dust. For us, LabTech did not replace any other products, it was our first step into RMM/PSA.
I can only speak to how I have been involved with the product. For remote desktop and server support, ConnectWise Control is the best product that I know of that is currently on the market!
