Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
ScreenConnect allows me to support my users from anywhere. It integrates other IT management tools like LabTech and more. In my 2 years of using ScreenConnect, I can't ever recall a time when the system was down for any reason. Super solid tool. Lots of nice features. Well worth the money if you manage more than 10 computers at a time.
- OS oversite of user computers.
- Run remote commands without having to get on a user's machine.
- Also has a nice timeline feature for each system. Allows you to see if a computer went offline and how long users were logged in.
- Easier update would be useful.
- Maybe a few more built-in tools for troubleshooting.
- It could use updated graphics.
- There is no comparison. Without ScreenConnect we would not be able to manage our IT [department].
