ConnectWise Control is the best!
Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
At our organization we use ConnectWise Control for a number of use cases:
- Support end users
- Access servers, especially in remote offices
- Access POS systems for end-user support
- Access POS systems for financial reporting
- Access VOD systems for end-user support
Pros
- Remote Support - ConnectWise Control works exceptionally well in that it runs with administrative privileges if the user has them, this allows you to run and respond to application requests as the administrator
- Remote Access - Keeps the computer connected! If the user drops off the network, but then jumps back on WiFi it will automatically reconnect.
- Restarting the support session across reboots - even when launched as the user ConnectWise Control will re-establish a connection after a reboot.
- ConnectWise Control does a great job of protecting user credentials, allowing the remote operator to prompt for credentials and then allowing the user to enter them. Then the operator can use the credentials without knowing them.
Cons
- I can't think of any areas I would like to see improvement, maybe the cost could be lower?
- ConnectWise Control has saved me numerous trips to remote sites. It's had an excellent ROI in that I haven't spent hundreds of hours driving to remote sites to fix issues.
- ConnectWise Control empowers our technicians to quickly connect and handle small problems for remote users.
Not only is ConnectWise control more powerful that most of the other solutions on the market, but it's also very price competitive!
