Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I use it to provide remote support to our clients. They are typically end users in their organization and request us to troubleshoot IT issues on their personal computers (Windows and Macintosh).

ConnectWise Control costs less than LogMeIn - and gives me access to unlimited clients for a technician
