Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I use it to provide remote support to our clients. They are typically end users in their organization and request us to troubleshoot IT issues on their personal computers (Windows and Macintosh).
  • remote control to resolve problem
  • guided example - show user how to perform a function
  • works fine for what we are doing.
  • provides a one stop service to support our clients; most economical; technician based pricing is best for supporting clients who may need only occasional support yet are readily accessible through the console
  • saves time; allows remote support with no need to be on site
ConnectWise Control costs less than LogMeIn - and gives me access to unlimited clients for a technician
ConnectWise Control is easy to use for remote control of a client machine in order to troubleshoot their problem.
